Audience intelligence made simple
Know where your audience comes from.
Ask one question at the door. See your reach by morning — and hand funders a report they can trust.
Free to start · No card needed · Works without signal
How it works
From the door to the report.
One question at the door becomes a map, plain-language answers and a summary your funders can check.
Ask at the door
Staff or volunteers type each guest’s home ZIP code — about two seconds. Volunteers use a link or QR code on their own phones, no sign-in, and entries wait safely when there’s no signal.
Watch the map fill in
Your heat map, locals vs. visitors, distance traveled and top ZIP codes, counties and states build themselves as you go. No spreadsheets.
Get plain-language answers
Each report says what the numbers mean — and labels every figure Verified, Self-reported, Estimated or Projected, so you never overstate a result.
Hand funders a report
Link an event to an A-Tax, H-Tax or other grant and print a two-page summary: attendance, visitors as the grant defines them, distance, overnight stays and the method behind every number.
Grant reporting
Simple by default. Grant‑ready when you need it.
Most events only need ZIP codes. Link an event to a grant and it gathers what your report will ask for.
Every event
- ZIP codes at the door or by volunteer link
- Heat map, locals vs. visitors and distance traveled
- Top ZIP codes, counties and states
- Arrival timeline and spreadsheet export
Grant events add
- A way to count guests who’d rather not share a ZIP, so your response rate is honest
- An optional overnight-stay question
- Actual attendance and how it was counted
- Visitors as your grant defines them
- A two-page summary for A-Tax, H-Tax and other funders Pro
Every number says how sure it is.
How a number was made decides its label.
Counted
431 tickets scanned Verified
Counted or recorded directly.
Asked
904 home ZIP codes Self-reported
Stated by guests or partners and not independently checked.
Calculated
6.8 mi median distance traveled Estimated
Calculated from approximations, like straight lines between ZIP-code centers.
Scaled up
≈ 120 room nights, all groups Projected
Extended beyond the data collected, with the method shown.
Incomplete When an input is missing, such as attendance, the figure says so instead of guessing.
Built for the door
Fast for volunteers. Kind to guests.
Follow one volunteer’s phone through a night at the door.
Share
Scan and start
Share a link or QR code for one event. Volunteers open it on their own phones, with nothing to install and no sign-in, and you can turn it off anytime.
Try it: point your phone’s camera here.
Open the demoCapture
Two seconds a guest
Type a ZIP and tap Save. Its town appears as soon as the ZIP is complete, so a slip gets caught right at the door.
No signal
Keep going without signal
Basements and big crowds lose signal. Entries wait safely on the phone and send themselves when it’s back.
Privacy
Only a ZIP
No names, emails or phone numbers. A printed “Why we ask” sign tells guests how their ZIP helps, and reports only ever show totals.
Your brand
In your colors
Your accent color runs through the check-in screen and every volunteer link, and your logo and colors go on the sign at the door.

Questions
Fair questions.
Do guests have to give their ZIP code?
No. It’s one optional question. At grant events, staff can tap “No ZIP” for guests who decline, so your response rate stays honest.
What exactly do you collect?
A ZIP or postal code and the time it was entered — no names, emails or phone numbers. Reports show totals, never individuals.
What if there’s no signal at the venue?
Keep the page open. Entries are saved on the phone and send automatically when the connection comes back.
What goes into a grant summary?
Attendance and how it was counted, usable ZIP records and capture rate, visitors as your grant defines them, distance bands, top ZIP codes, counties and states, overnight stays if you ask, and the method — every figure labeled.
Is it really free?
Yes. Collecting check-ins and every audience report are free. Pro adds printable grant summaries and spreadsheet import; try it free for 14 days, no card needed.
